A picture is worth a thousand words

I could not come up with anything to write about today.
So frustrating.

Instead, I decided to share one of my favorite pictures.
In this one Adison is 5 years old and Ainsley is about 4 months old.
I did a little impromptu photo shoot for Valentine's Day.
Look at how cute and little they are!

When I look at this picute I see such love and happiness.
I see beauty and care.
I see giggles and hugs.
I see miracles and blessings.
I see so very much for them.

I had to include another one of Ainsley since her face was kind of squished in the other pic.
I cannot believe how much hair she had at such a young age!

I love to look through the photo folders on the computer sometimes.
It is like watching a story unfold.
How young we were, all the places that we have seen and the things we have done.
I love seeing how the kids change.

Today was a nice trip down memory lane.

Happy Monday!

  4. Writers block..ugh..yucky yucky! Sometimes I get overwhelemd because I'm like..I WANNA WRITE ABOUT THIS! I WANNA WRITE ABOUT THAT! And then when I go and sit down...I'm like..what was I going to say again..and why was it important/funny/worth writing about?! I've started writing out little bits and pieces here and there or little notes to myself in my drafts folder so that if I really can't focus enough to formulate thoughts..I've already got a topic and can just blab on :) Although with me...most days...I'm just my usual brain vomit all over the internet self..hahaha..whatever comes out, comes out - and that's just the way it is! Love it or hate it..haha

That picture of the girls is priceless - too cute! I love going through old photos too! I've got so many and it's crazy how fast time flies and how much people change...really really crazy! I love going through them...but what I REALLY need to do is print them off and put them in books. Well..first what I need to do is invent something that allows me to make more hours in the day, and THEN I need to do that! ;)

I think that you've inspired me to dig through some old photos and take a walk down memory lane a little bit! I'm also still trying to figure out what stories to write/start with about traveling..what I really wish is that I could just ACTUALLY download my brain and make it all work and go from there..LOL!

  6. Don't feel so bad. Sometimes I go days without blogging. I came to the realization that if God has something for me to share he will take that writers block away. Keeping that in mind helped me not be quite so frustrated lol. Your girls are simply precious in these photos and you have been so truly blessed! I pray you have an amazing day :)
