Adison's birthday party

Today Adison had her friend birthday party.

Her actual birthday isn't until next week.

But with having all 3 kids b-days so close together and so many family members, we decided to celebrate a week early.

We started out her celebration last night.

(As mentioned in yesterday's blog.)

Last night the girls stayed up extra late giggling and talking.

(Yes, I did mention them needing to go to bed 8 or 100 times.)

They woke up bright and early this morning.

The excitement buzzing around our house was palpable.

I think Adison asked when her party started maybe 100 times.

She then convinced her bff to ask too.

They were too stinkin' cute.

My friend Jennifer came over early to help me prep.

Thank goodness for friends!

Adison told me that she had the best birthday ever!
I am so happy that our little girl had a great time.

A big thank you to Jennifer and all of Adison's friends who came and made the day so memorable!

(K mowed the lawn (and did a lot of of other things, including a coffee run when I thought I was going to fall over) in preparation for the big day, but I didn't get a pic of that. Sorry honey!)

There were streamers to hang.

A cake and cupcakes to frost.

(She had a cupcake party.)

 Pizza to eat.

Candles to place.

 Candles to then blow out.

 Presents to open.

(She looks slightly pumped, ya think?)

 Cute babies to smile at.

Sounds to me like a great day!
