The Good: the girls have five days off of school. Five days of no schedule, sleeping as long as they want. Five days of living in PJ's if we choose or not. I'm ready for it. I took a nap today, I hardly ever nap anymore so today's nap was n-i-c-e. We are taking Ainsley to get her ears pierced on Saturday, she is beyond excited. We had Ainsley's parent/teacher conference last night and it went beautifully. Her teacher said that she is an amazing peer model, way to go Lee! I am running a 5K this spring, I'm beyond excited. It's a bucket list item for me so that makes it even more excited. Ainsley is now writing her own name. Seriously. Abby has been super cuddly lately and just so much fun.
The Bad: Adison threw up a couple of times last night. I think it might be from something she ate. She was so sad though, as she was sitting in the bathroom before she threw up she said, "Mommy, can I have some privacy please? I don't want my mom to see my puke." My heart just about broke you guys. I tried to tell her that I have not only seen her puke before but have also been puked on by her as well, but she was adamant about her need for privacy. I, of course, gave it to her, but I was listening for any call for help. My momma heart broke for her. I think that Abby might need to be transitioned out of her crib. She is starting to show signs that she is ready for a big girl bed. My heart is not ready for it though. My niece has pneumonia, if you would please pray for her I would greatly appreciate it.
The Funny: This is one of my favorite TV show clips of all time. I laugh like a loon every time. Enjoy!
