Not a wallflower among them

These girls are ours are not shrinking violets.

We don't have a quiet one in the bunch.
Sure, they can be shy when meeting someone new, but once the newness wears off watch out.

Prepare yourself for non-stop:
talking
bossing
laughing
arguing
more talking
more bossing
more laughing
and more arguing

Our house is very rarely quiet.
Mealtime and bedtime are about it.

Today after telling Ainsley that she couldn't have more candy due to her cough she told me:

I can't accept that.

Say what?
Yes, my 5 year old told me that.

My kids tend to say equally goofy, shocking things on a regular basis.
They are characters.

Pray for me, please, that K and I can keep up with these girls.
Seriously.

  1. Oh my word. Kids. They are so funny. I have a 4 year old nephew (I guess he'll be 5 in a month) that is constantly cracking me up. I have no idea where they get these things.

  2. Hi Danna,
Me again! In the past you've been so faithful in praying and showing concern for my family. I just wanted to let you know that my aunt went to heaven tonight around 9:10. We're so thankful that we can KNOW that she's in heaven and that she's no longer in any pain.

    1. Oh Mari,
I'm sorry for the loss of your aunt, I know what a special lady she was. What blessed assurance in knowing that you WILL see her again and that she is no longer in pain. Please know that I will be praying for you and your family.

      xo,
      Danna

  3. Woops. I meant 8:10. Not like it matters much anyway, I guess.
